As we are witnessing the senseless violence of war, climate disasters, the demolition of institutions that we have taken for granted, the undermining of norms and values such as freedom, justice and equality, it is easy to fall into numbness and despair.

How can we stay awake and resilient in times when old structures are breaking down before new ones have been built? The timeless wisdom of the Guide can help us to find our bearing in these turbulent times.
